Such a fun way to workout and I'm sore! The instructor has so much energy and is ready to help you if you need any assistance/ have questions about what your doing. It's a go at your own pace environment so no judgment is present. Very, very clean faculty with complimentary water and your own sweat towel. Highly suggest trying out a class you won't regret it!
