I wanted to Thank Jason Wertz for the excellent service he gave me and my niece. My niece has Cerebral Palsy and has lived in. Nursing Home for 14 years. When hospitalized for medical reasons she was able to use SCD devices and felt it was the only thing that relieved her leg pain. I decided to investigate whether I could find a professional grade pair . After several attempts someone finally recommended I call the Medcom Group and I was very fortunate to get Jason Wertz to help us. I am an RN , live in a different state than my niece. Jason helped with every detail From ordering. To communicating with the nursing home staff, to mailing them to the correct place( various requirements ) Without his help I could have never accomplished this.
