I think a lot of our satisfaction about our experience was due to the salesperson that we had. She was amazing and did a lot for us, even getting us a no-interest loan because the panels weren't put in by the end of the year as promised and we missed out on the federal rebate for the year. I know that she doesn't work with RGS anymore, I believe her name started with an "H".
