i worked with ESP, I purchased a 16 panel system with LG back up. KOTA sold the system ESP is their installation contractor., Initially i did a very low YELP, due to a back order on parts and a few glitches. We dealt with the weather, and timing was a small factor. Through conversations with ESP project mgr's and the tenacious ESP crews we got the project completed. They really came through, they worked with me , We developed a very strong personal professional relationship. City inspection passed without a hitch, PGE was impressed with the way it was installed. They complimented the thoroughness of the Back Up and Inverter components. All in all, let me compliment ESP , as a work with the consumer contractor. In a project such as this one, realize the magnitude of what you sign up for. There are going to be project changes. Flexibility is a component as are the materials involved with the equipment.
