It was clear that he was very experienced and competent - he diagnosed the issues right away. I am very satisfied. The service technician gave clear explanations of the reason for the boiler's problems and how to fix it. I will definitely recommend Richair to others. My only concern is that the repair was more expensive than I was hoping, but the service technician made the total cost clear before performing the repair.
