After our first boiler emergency about two years ago, we called several technicians but only Richair Comfort Solutions came to our rescue ... and quickly too! While our first tech was not as experienced with our unit, he had the common sense to be honest with us, consult the manufacturer as well as the home office. It was a quick fix and he explain our issue as a layperson. While he could've charged us a whole lot, he offered us a service contract. We have a temperamental unit that may need multiple calls -- which we did experience prior to Richair. We are happy with our 2nd year under contract, our more experienced steady technician, money saved, and the need for fewer calls. Our unit is better than when the builder installed it.
