Very disappointed. I expected 1st class service. I asked what's been done and they said a letter was sent to the bureaus not the creditors. I asked for a copy for proof something was being done and they would not provide any. So I am paying for a service and just have to take their word it's being done. If you want to know anything you have to contact them. Not what I expected to pay for. You guys need to be perfectly clear on what you are selling. At this point it really looks like nothing.
