I went to pro source for some tile for my bathroom remodel on 8/3/18. Found what I was looking for, ordered it. Was to call on 8/7/18. Called about the order on 8/9/18. Found out that the smaller tile I was looking for was not being made anymore. I cancelled the order. Still waiting on the refund to my credit card on 9/2/18. Annoyed that they did not call me about the small tile not being in stock or being made anymore. I had a timeline and they failed at good business.
