I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased my wife a Dallas Cowboys golf bag because I could have saved myself a lot of aggravation. The communication with Sportsfanz is non existent. You can call and they rarely answer. I called 20 times just to get it answered one time and the gentleman stated that I needed to email info@sportsfanzwv.com. Did that and they will not reply to your emails. All they need to do is communicate with people a lot better and they would not have such an issue. I ordered the bag 10/2/2020 and it arrived today 10/30/2020. If someone would have politely stated it may take up to a month then I would have been like thanks for the heads up. I almost had my credit union refund my money back because they would not and did not respond to my calls or emails. If you do decide to order from them just be patient. This was quite the ordeal because I do not shop online much anyway so I was getting more pissed by the day. Communication is the key. Maybe they are understaffed I do not know however when you order a product you expect it to be delivered in a timely manner and if it will be a little behind schedule JUST SAY THAT THEN!!! You would not get such low ratings and pissed off people. C'MON PEOPLE!!!
