Overall, I enjoyed my experience with ParkDIA. I did have issues getting the QR code to scan coming in and leaving the lot. I had already pre-paid for my parking, but the machines wouldn't let me out. The machine took the ticket I grabbed coming in the lot (since the QR code didn't scan) and asked me to pay. I had already pre-paid, so the machine had me "call" a line for help. That would have been fine, but there were no buttons for me to follow the prompts to get the help I needed (i.e. press "0" to talk to a representative). Fortunately, I was able to back out as no one was behind me and get in the customer service line. They helped me quickly and gave me no trouble. The only other negative comment I have is the driver who took us from the lot to the airport drove like a mad-man! The driver coming back was fabulous and more than helpful though. She was very efficient without rushing anyone or speeding, being aware of the long wait. She took us right to our car!
