My bf and I had been talking about a ring for awhile now so we decided on Riddles jewelry for our first stop. Of course with the Holidays here the store was quite busy. We were acknowledged three times by employees stating they would be with us shortly. The first employee who came and talked to us was Cole. He was a very knowledgable in questions we asked and soon Tamae joined Cole in our search for my perfect ring. After finding my breath taking Fairytale ring they both explained insurance and sizing etc. When they explained the wait time for sizing they could see the disappointment in my face. Cole told Tamea he would possible have it ready the next day. I was so thrilled that they would go above and beyond.
