I was so disappointed this visit. Last year our visit in the old space was so great. This time was so opposite. Our 60 minute massage was more like 45. My mom went in after me and was out before me. We lost power part way through which became very distracting as the poor therapist had no idea what time it was and it was pitch dark in the room. No continuity in the work with all the distractions. When the power was lost you could hear so many people talking. When I inquired why the 60 minute massage wasn’t 60 minutes (it was 12 minutes to the hour as we LEFT the building) the receptionist responded the they need 4 min on the front and back for dressing. No apologies for the problems, just an I’m glad you paid ahead of time. (Since power was still out) I am a Massage Therapist of 28 years, this is the first review I have ever written. So disappointed. I know this to be a reputable place, my previous experience was so nice. I will not be referring here anymore. So sad.
