I think the best feature for me is having access to all of the tracks instead of having to buy them individually. If I'm not doing well at one, I just flip to another and my luck usually turns around. I've only had to request a refund once and it was handled promptly and without question. Obviously I don't make money every time I use their sheets, but it's enough to make me keep coming back when I feel like playing the ponies.
