My husband and I lived here with our newborn son and two dogs while we were hunting for our first home. When our first home buying experience turned sour, we were in a panic trying to find a place to live that wouldn't completely soak up all of the funds we had set aside for the house-hunting process. I swear we went to every apartment complex in Greeley. The reason we chose Gateway was because we didn't have to sacrifice any of the boxes in our 'want' list: centrally located (I work out of town), clean, friendly staff, dog park, pool, fitness center, allowed our fur babies without charging insane fees, plenty of space, and affordable. The price we would've had to pay to have all of the amenities AND our dogs at any other spot in town was 50-100% more. We really appreciated, too, how the staff understood the tough spot we were in and did their best to expedite the process so we could get into an apartment ASAP (as much as I loved rooming with my in-laws). My only wish is that they would've started the renovations before we moved out and into our first home - the new apartments are beautiful!
