Highly recommend this company. Less than a year after purchasing a new home, there were multiple issues that arose and needed immediate attention. Due to the fact that we were not aware these issues would surface so quickly, we had tied up all of our funds in the down payment. Although we had a significant amount of equity in the home as a result of the down payment, I was unable to find a company that would finance more than 80%. Both my husband and I are service disabled veterans and could not find any company to refinance using a VA loan. Many thanks to Richie Duncan who was able to get us a VA secured loan, and was also able to reduce my interest rate by 1.125%...HUGE savings. Thank you Community 1st!
