I contacted Richie Duncan on 12/7/17 to start the process of my loan. By 12/11/17 We received the pre approval letter from Richie. By January 3 we were e-signing all the necessary documents. Our file was out of underwriting by January 5th. Veterans Appraisal was done very quickly. My private inspector found very little wrong with the house, which was great. We went to closing on January 29th 2018 and that went very smoothly. Richie Duncan was there any time we needed him. We could not ask for a smother process. He guided us through the entire process without a hiccup. Richie Duncan knows how to make his customers very happy. If I find anyone in the future that needs a home loan I will gladly send them to my FRIEND Richie Duncan.
