My retractable awnings from Van Nuys Awing are very high quality. We bought 2 large 18 footers. They are somewhat expensive, but you get what you pay for with things like this. About a week after install one started making a squealing noise. The technician came out the day after I called and fixed the problem right away, which turned out to be a very minor issue. I like the very prompt customer service. I am a satisfied customer and can highly recommend them.
