We recently had an issue with a bathroom light we purchased (our fault, we didn't realize LED lighting was not what we preferred), and the store very graciously allowed us to return it after it had been installed. We realize this wasn't the normal policy, but we appreciate that they wanted us to be happy. We were given store credit and purchased another light. Great customer service! Happy to have them in our community.
