I found MagicMicro on eBay when looking for a custom, high-end, graphics machine. Their pricing was a few hundred dollars less for the same computer elsewhere on line. The price did increase after the sale on eBay as MagicMicro contacted me to explain components to be added / substituted to ensure the system function properly I chalked this up to limitations with eBay and was happy MagicMicro took the time to check the order and was truly concerned I received a great product. The computer arrived on time, as spec'd, and worked great for a day when the video card went bad. I called and they said I could ship entire machine or GPU back for repair. I chose to drive to there office, as I live close, and they replaced the card on the spot while I waited and even installed an additional fan at no charge, to ensure the GPU stayed cool. Great company and experience. I will buy my next computer(s) from MagicMicro and recommend others do as well.
