Very disappointed once we decided on tile sales rep took over an hour to actually put in order. After job was completed we tried to return unused products and we were told they would not return less than 3 cases we had 2. This was never told to us when ordering. We offered to purchase another cases so we could return all 3 and were told it would cost us more than the return due to restocking fees. Also sales receipt does not mention anywhere on it. I will never use them again nor will I recommend this company for anyone else. DF
