Susan was extremely helpful when dealing with my be bug problem. I had a rental that had a beg bug infestation in one of the bedrooms. Susan brought her dog to the rental and it alerted to bed bugs on a chair in the living room and the bedroom. She recommend that these 2 items be removed from the from the house which the renters did that day and that the bed mattresses be encased. A month later when the renters moved out because their lease had ended, they had had not been bitten and there were no signs of adult bed bugs in the traps. She did a chemical treatment on the house, as a precaution because I am selling the house Susan went beyond the call of duty. She was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about bed bugs. She spent time explaining the situation and was calm in her approach which was very reassuring. She even wrote a letter for me to use when selling the house, indicating that the house was most likely bed bug free. I highly recommend her to anyone who thinks that they may have bed bugs.
