The team led by Richie Duncan and Saif Kovach is a group of top of the line, skilled communicators. During an extremely stressful time, the team never failed in answering a question in a timely manner day or night. They were quick to call and discuss any confusion matters and explain issues for the layman to understand. Having an ability to purchase property from one party and build the house from another party means a veteran does not have to settle on property that is not perfect for one's situation. I have already told friends of mine in the military about the program. It's not perfect but it's pretty solid.
