When you walk in you are greeted by Marcella, who is an absolute sweetheart. Not to be left out of the welcoming committee Lilly true to her title as “snuggle specialist” (I guess I should clarify that Lilly is the resident service dog) she will escort you to the desk and make sure you are taken care of. I have also had the pleasure of working with the new owner Tony Perkins who is professional and truly cares about every person who walks through his doors.
