Fantastic product! I got my doggie trained the first day. My four year old grandson can even walk the doggie now. Makes our walks so much more enjoyable. I had a few questions during training, contacted customer service and they gave me some GREAT tips! They were courteous, professional, and didn’t mind spending time with me. And you can tell how passionate the company is about its product. :-)
