We are doing an extensive home remodel of our home and Prosource of North Hollywood was recommended by our contractor. Robert was the employee who helped us extensively in picking out our tile and flooring. My wife and I do not have an 'eye' when it comes to matching colors but thankfully Robert does. He was very patient every time we went to the showroom and offered us very helpful advice. We initially had an issue with the floor manufacturer(no fault of Prosource) but the manager (Karen) stepped in very quickly and assisted us to make things right. We were very happy to know that businesses like Prosource value their customers. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.
