We had a water heater go out on Monday night that flooded our basement. I called Security and they got Rich and Rafael out the next day (Tuesday) to install a new water heater. When I called, I told them that I wanted a 50 gallon water heater which they brought. When they got there, the discovered that the 50 gallon water heater was to wide to fit in the space. They called the shop and Michael, the owner, personally delivered a 40 gallon water heater. Long story short, we had hot water less than 24 hours after our water heater broke and started leaking.
