I think that overall, I had a great experience with the mortgage house. In the beginning, everything moved very quickly, and I was impressed with the options they created. We were able to get a loan very quickly, but there was a period of about a week where I didn't hear from anyone. I was able to reconnect with them, and everything went smoothly after that. Other than that, I got a great deal, closing was super easy, and everything was explained thoroughly. I would definitely use them in the future, but make sure to stay in contact!
