Tamales were served as an "early" Thanksgiving for the whole family that traveled 7 hours to be with us for the weekend. They were a great hit with all! Perfect size and nicely put together. The meat and masa were proportioned well so that the flavor could be tasted and not just the masa. We would absolutely have them again!
