I used Mass Garage Doors Expert when I was having trouble with my garage door. Ronen showed up an hour early so I wasn't at the house to meet him, but he was almost done when I arrived 20 minutes later! He explained what was wrong (broken springs) and what had caused them (cables were installed too tightly). While there, he also replaced a lightbulb in the controller, and showed me how I know if the springs needed to be replaced. When I asked about a new keypad, he said I probably only needed to replace the battery, but if I wanted, he can also install a new keypad. He swapped out the battery and sure enough, the buttons were more responsive. It was easy to book him and pay him, no unexpected charges, and no upsells. I'm super happy with his service!
