I had seen the quality of Horner's work before and their price was competitive. The color consultant was very helpful. She listened to my thoughts and then made suggestions. We are very happy with how it turned out. We also had issues with our HOA and Horner was good at keeping in touch with us and scheduling us as soon as we had approval.
