Each of three items shipped to me, required for the use of my DME equipment from Major Medical, tore after 1-2 days of use. They were immediately unusable. I began contacting Major Medical regarding needing replacements asap on June 24th, 2020. Today is July 1st, 2020, and I have not yet received a call back. I did receive an email June 30th that 2 of the 3 items I "ordered" were going to be shipped to me. The tracking number given was not registered at the time. I called Aerocare, the supplier of their items, and was advised that the parts were still at the warehouse and had not been shipped out yet. I inquired as to the possibility of expidited shipping due to their necessity in using my DME equipment. I was told there would be no priority shipping, no FedEx, and only regular ground shipping was possible. Had I not had an old part that's been in my car trunk for a year, to donate, I would have had to go this entire time without the ability to use the DME equipment purchased from them. I am highly concerned for their customers that might be on oxygen, or using a wheelchair, if they receive faulty parts - and are treated in a similar fashion.
