I rate this company as SUPERB in every facet to be considered.They were successful in restoring my computer's operation and condition from horribly mangled and bloated to precise, complete and smoothly operational. I especially treasure the direct conversation in which they're willing to engage regarding any problem in my computer without launching into a sales pitch for additions to our contract. That seems to be very common among similar vendors. The only, very slight, problem I had with them, early on, was occasional malfunction of their telephone service. That has been corrected.
