Brian is an awesome Realtor! He is very knowledgeable, professional, organized, and knows exactly what he is doing! From the first time I spoke with Brian I could tell that he was different than any other realtor I have spoken to before. The one thing I noticed from talking with other realtors is that they just want to know if I am qualified and ready, and when I say no I am just thinking and getting some info, most of them said let me know when your qualified, and some did not even continue the conversation or just lost interest. They made me feel like I was just a transaction and I really didn't matter and it was just when I ready they were ready to help. That's not a realtor I want to work with or I want to know, that's just not how it works. Brian is not like that at all and is a genuine real person who really cares. When I spoke to him I had a normal conversation and learned a lot from him. He answered all of my questions and gave me as much time as I needed. He took the time to get to know me, what I do, and even my hobbies. After speaking with him I felt motivated and ready to move forward, and the way he talked made me feel that the whole buying process was actually very simple and easy. I told him let's get started so he connected me with his lender on same call. From there they had me fill out a quick loan application online that took just a few minutes, and I e-mailed them all my docs. Then a little bit after, I get a phone call from them, his lender asked me a few more questions, then I was qualified and ready to start shopping that same day! His lender was very knowledge and explain the mortgage part very well to make sure I understood all aspects. I really learned a lot from speaking with him. Brian was on the call with his lender to make sure all areas were covered and all my questions were answered. Brian made me feel like a team of people were working for me and that made a huge difference and gave me all the confidence in the world. They told me straight up how it will be and what will and won't work. We starting house shopping and within a week we found a couple homes that I liked, then after viewing them, I found the one I wanted. He sent in the offer the same day and negotiated a great deal and got me closing credit. I could not believe how he handled the whole process while in escrow, he made it so smooth and kept me fully updated until the day we closed. Brian even knows insurance and took care of mine with his insurance agent. They got me a policy for my house and cars, and with all the discounts saved me money and got me great coverage in case anything happens. I was very excited and satisfied when we closed escrow and I received my keys! Brian and his lender worked great together and complimented each other. I felt like they were with me every step of the way and kept updating me as we went so I had nothing to worry about. So without a doubt, hands down, Brian is an outstanding person and realtor. He takes his job and his clients very seriously. Even after we were done, he kept in contact with me, and checked on me to see how the new house was, and if I needed anything. Now that is what I call a real realtor, a real person, and how it is suppose to be! Thank you Brian! I am overly satisfied and happy with all of your services!
