I contacted Shane at California Repipe. He arrived promptly per our scheduled time. Shane reviewed options with me (Pex or Copper). I opted for copper. Shane provided me with a proposal on the spot. I made some modifications to what I wanted to do then we agreed upon a price. Start date was scheduled about a week later (was doing some demo and needed to complete it prior to scheduling). Knowing my timeframe, Shane was able to squeeze me in his hectic schedule. In fact the Saturday before the start date one of his crew came by and started the prep for the installation. On the day of install the team that showed up (about 4 guys) completed the entire job by day's end (including ABS drain lines). Shane is ALWAYS available and quickly responds to text or voicemail. He is very professional. I will ALWAYS use him on my future flips.
