Overall, the living environment at Stonegate Apartments is great; it is a very clean, peaceful, and good quality place to live. Leasing office personnel are always helpful and courteous. I have a few humble suggestions for a few things that could be improved in the apartment units, for example: (1) Water pressure (we understand the need to use water wisely, but it is way too weak), (2) quality of the walls in terms of noise reduction (they allow simple noises from the neighbors above to be heard too easily, such as walking and shutting doors close, etc.), (3) carpet in the bathroom (ridiculous since there is more moisture and traffic than in other areas of the apartment), (4) windows in the living room allow wind to come through, especially during strong wind days, (5) recycling bins nearer to every building would be nice and would help all residents do their part in more effective waste management.
