This is the best workout I have ever had! Every muscle felt the burn in such a great way! I can't wait to see the results over the next few weeks. The instructors are awesome! They took the time to find out my fitness goals, called the day after my first class to see how I was feeling and were quick to show me proper techniques when I was struggling. I highly recommend Burn Kickboxing to anyone looking for a great workout!
