They called me first thing in the morning after I filled out their information form online the night before. They were EXTREMELY knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The woman who came to our house with her dog was prompt and put me at ease immediately. She was considerate of my napping toddler and graciously reassured me both before and after the inspection. She even told me if I had questions or saw something I wasn't sure about in the future that I could call, or even email them a picture, and they'd be happy to help.
