I have purchased a few products.....unfortunately some have not worked for me....I was pleasantly suprised that a refund was issued for those items. I did pass the items on to others in hopes that they would have success with the items. I love the shaving bar, it is the best I've used.....I'm not into the 'shaving creams'.
