We had a scare when friends we visited in LA found bedbugs. Susan was amazing. I felt so comfortable and confident in her after our first phone call. What struck me about her is that she really cares about helping you regardless of whether you hire her company for services. Even though Susan was fairly sure we did not have an issue and made great recommendations about how to monitor things on our own, I decided I wanted her to come out (because I am paranoid!) When she and Magic came to our home for an inspection they were both a pleasure to interact with and you can tell that she and Magic both really know their stuff. We ended up not finding anything, but the peace of mind has been priceless.
