My Navajo rug was repaired relatively quickly, since I had a travel schedule that required it, and I am grateful they were willing to adapt to my needs. The work was expensive, but I think It was worth it. The workwomanship was really good, and I can hardly tell where the holes were. I have no complaints, and appreciate the skill with which the work was done. It was worth driving down to Seattle twice for!

Very satisfied with cleaning of the rug. We had three rugs cleaned recently and the drop-off, cleaning, and pick-up went smoothly. Staff were attentive, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Very pleased with both the check in and the check out. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The price is a bit high but for carpets we’ve love and that we want to keep for years, it’s worth it.
