My expectations were very low for any company to be able to restore my rug, i.e. remove the numerous stains and blotchy discolorations and DA Burns agreed with me that they didn't have high hopes for what they could accomplish. But, they did restore it. I looks brand new. Well worth every penny paid to keep it in our home!

We had new edging out on some carpets. DA Burns did a very good job and the job was finished per schedule. The people at the front desk were a great help and friendly. We will use DA Burns again...soon!
