I learned about this amazing business from my designer - Andrea Burnett - when she recommended having a truly terrific 8'x10' rug made into an 8' diameter circle. Who knew this could even be done - outside of NYC?? The rug drop off and pick up was so easy, and I was really impressed by choices for rug binding. I did call DA Burns to confirm which side of the new rug pad was the floor side, but that's because I've never had a new rug!! The company and their staff were a delight to work with. Can't wait for my next rug experience with DA Burns.

Larry came to clean our dirty sofa and we were very pleased with the results. We did the stairs as well and he covered more area than he charged us for, which we appreciated so much. He also explained how we could care for the sofa on our own in the future. He was on time and got the job done exactly in the time he said he would.

These are the most responsive staff I have com into contact with in a very long Time. I was barley in the door when the first staff member asked if they could help me. That person called on another staff member that came immediately and completely understood what I needed . My job was correctly accomplished within 4 days. I am very pleased to see our American flag "PROPERLY" displayed for all customers to see. WELL DONE !!!!!!!!!!!
