My area rugs were extraordinarily dirty. Thee were about 15 area rugs. The team cleaned the area rugs I brought in very well. Although the price of service was high, it seemed fair for the number of rugs, and their dirty condition.

My Navajo rug was repaired relatively quickly, since I had a travel schedule that required it, and I am grateful they were willing to adapt to my needs. The work was expensive, but I think It was worth it. The workwomanship was really good, and I can hardly tell where the holes were. I have no complaints, and appreciate the skill with which the work was done. It was worth driving down to Seattle twice for!

Very satisfied with cleaning of the rug. We had three rugs cleaned recently and the drop-off, cleaning, and pick-up went smoothly. Staff were attentive, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Both carpets look fabulous, but the Native American rug that I've had for 40 years has never looked like this. It now occupies pride of place. Thank you so much!
