The WOW! Beginning
Go Turbo was founded in February of 2011 and our roots are deeply implanted in the automotive industry. Our founder, Danny Ratan, graduated with a Masters Degree in Information Systems from the University of Texas - Dallas in 1984. He was an IBM Account Manager and the Managing Director / Country Manager of Intel Corp of Thailand until 2005 when he transitioned to become Information Systems Administrator for Honda Cars of McKinney (the top Internet Sales performer of the Hendrick Automotive Group). This is when the Go Turbo solution was envisioned based on the knowledge of dealership strengths, weaknesses, and information infrastructure. Combining automotive industry knowledge with information systems, Internet marketing, and digital media design skills has created a powerful set of tools and services.
The advent of the Dealer Website, Internet-based CRM, Facebook, Dealer Rater and YouTube is making it increasingly important to have knowledgeable personnel to correctly and completely manage the generation and showcasing of the content on these platforms (we call this WOW! Harmonics). The majority of auto dealers do not have the budget or personnel to keep their complete online presence operating at its full potential and are missing out on sales opportunities.
This is where Go Turbo comes in! We team up with dealerships and become their ?online content management department? for a much smaller investment than having an in-house employee do the same tasks.
Go Turbo has developed a wide array of services (the "parts" of our WOW! Engines) that help fill in the gaps and enhance your dealership?s entire online presence while saving many hours of administrative time.
