Dr. Mitzner is a board-certified osteopathic family physician who’s been in private practice in Southern California since 1994. He gained his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri, in 1989, then undertook his internship at Pacific Hospital in Long Beach, California. Dr. Mitzner completed his residency in family practice at Riverside General Hospital Medical Center in California in 1992. He is now a lecturer and educator as well as a leading primary care physician.
