Dr. Leslie V. Monroe is lacking maintaining good communication with patients. On ethical level a healthcare provider shall not terminate service of patients on one side and rather reach an agreement together after offering referrals. Unfortunately Dr.Monroe did that. On professional level it’s common that patients ask for a second opinion which is the norm in all healthcare services which obviously Dr. Monroe didn’t accept it. In addition, the intake personnel Ms. keny Ponce is totally unprofessional dealing with patients. I’m making my judgement as a physician working in the healthcare system for more than 15 years. I’m giving my humble and honest review so maybe they will take it into consideration as that will affect their practice adversely.
