I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled across this online store. Amazing pieces! I placed an order on 06/06/2019. Two separate orders to be exact on the same day. On 06/11/2019, I received one of the orders but not the other. So, I tracked the other order. Nothing to track. Tracking information was just blank. I contacted Differio via email. Which I don't like. If I'm patronizing a business, I feel as though I need to be able to speak with someone in the event something is wrong/goes wrong. Two days went by, still no response from Differio. On the third day I sent a message to their Facebook account. Shortly after, someone responded to me and passed my issue along. Someone else got back with me stating that UPS misplaced my package and that they were going to open an investigation with them. In the meantime, my money is being held up and I still don't have what I needed. Last night I just decided to reorder my original order while UPS sorts out the package on their end. Only to discover now that the clothing I ordered originally are now out of stock in the sizes I need. Which left me to only be able to order one item out of the three original items I ordered. I paid for expedited UPS. I just received a shipment notification stating that the order would be delivered by USPS. I paid for UPS shipping. At this point this experience seems intentional. Because of the lack of concern and unprofessionalism that DIFFERIO has demonstrated to me with something that wasn't my fault, I would advise you and whoever else you know to order from somewhere else. This company is trash. This company doesn't care about the customer. Stay away from this online store and find another store.
