I cannot tell you how great my experience was with Dirt Cheap. The sewer pipe in my crawl space broke and I was blindsided by the fact that homeowners insurance does not cover it! I was getting bids in the $20,000 range. My house smelled SO Horrible! My sister recommended This company and they did a fantastic job and it was done in 5 days. They charged me a third of what I was quoted elsewhere. They texted me copies of the permits and inspection. Kept me informed. They SAVED me. They explained everything to me and didn’t treat me like I was dumb when I had questions. Good company. Good people.

After receiving bids from two other companies I found Dirt Cheap Sewer on Angies List. Their representative came over the next morning, which happened to be a Sunday, examined the scope of the project and acknowledged the immediacy of it. His bid was significantly less than the others we received. The crew arrived promptly the next morning making significant progress excavating the sewer pipe. An important issue to me was that they try to save as many plants as possible, which they absolutely did. They completed the job in several days and put the garden back as close to the way it was as possible. They guys even let me supervise the placement of the plants which was very nice of them to appease a fussy old lady. We are very happy with the job and would recommend this company to anyone. Angel made a very important comment when he came out to price the job. He said “ we pride ourselves on a job well done for a reasonable price.” They absolutely did that!

Had a leak in our basement and Angel came out the same day to help us figure out where it was leaking from. Turned out to be a cracked pipe in the wall and he repaired it right then. Couldn't be happier with the service.

The team went above and beyond to provide us with great service. When everything is done, the backyard looked as it did before we started the project. When I needed them to take a look at something, they came out within a few days and addressed it.

Honesty and expertise. Colin and Dirt Cheap are absolutely top of the list This is while being absolutely lowest on cost. They fixed my broken side sewer pipe immediately. Then they cleared and showed me a scope of the remainder of the pipe giving me a great quote while saying it doesn't need to be done now. When it does need to be done I will be using Dirt Cheap.

We loved working with these folks - we had 4 bids and after comparing the proposals line by line and determining they were offering comparable services, this team was orders of magnitude less expensive. And not by 8-10% but more like 40-45% cheaper. they started as promised and completed the job on time and with + work product reviews from the city inspector - could not be happier - note: initially, i was skeptical about their bid and did inquire but was satisfied w/ their explanation and my own due diligence.
