Dan treated our carpet from dog spots which was 200$ . And said after he will clean that one carpet and stairs for 159$. In two weeks he came back and said room still has odor , the carpet need to be replaced . Did not return 200$ for treatment that didn’t work and still charged full 159$ because “ he came out for 2 trips” and “yes he also cleaned the stair case”.
