DPM Construction and it’s owner Dan Mulder is a great business to handle your home renovation. My husband and I bought our home in February 2019 but would not be able to relocate till September 2019. We live in another state. We contracted eHeart designers and they work in conjunction with DPM. Cosmetic work needed to be done with additional construction work. Dan managed the project flawlessly and personally made sure our property was taken care of in our absence. He communicated with us often, had great ideas and takes responsibility for the job. The quality of the work his company does is top notch. We would not hesitate to utilize Dan’s company again (along with eHeart) and couldn’t be happier with how our home turned out. Dan made an experience that could have easily been fraught with issues/ problems flawless.

When I walk into my family room and see the newly constructed fireplace built by DPM Construction I'm so thankful that I chose this company. I feel I could have rated this company a 10 in all areas:quality,value,timeliness experience and satisfaction. i love my new fireplace and would recommend this company highly for all your remodeling needs.

I recommend DPM Construction without reservation. Even though my kitchen renovation wasn't especially large, Dan gave it his full attention and put together an excellent crew (plumbing, electrical, painting, trim carpentry). Dan was easy to work with and he checked-in with me every day and stopped by almost every day. Dan communicated with me throughout the project, and he also coordinated closely with the designer. When potential delays occurred that were beyond his control, Dan made sure the project continued on schedule. I was absolutely pleased with Dan's oversight, knowledge, flexibility, scheduling, and crew, and of course with the final project.

Dan and team were very helpful, responsive and had great attention to detail. The communication between subcontractors and Dan was superb. The few additional costs we had were reasonable. The project was on time and under budget. I would highly recommend DPM for any remodel project!

To see our visions for our home come to life and surpass our hopes & expectations--that's pretty remarkable. Dan & his team were on top of every detail, from changing things to just how we like to rolling with our last-minute, surprise requests. We were always met with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude. Such a pleasure to work with Dan & his team, and even moreso to be left with beautiful spaces!

Dan is unmatched as a construction manager. He brings the A game every day. His forward planning skills brought our project in on time and budget. I would be remiss if I didn?t mention his attention to design details and knowledge of home construction is far above his competition and his ?eye? catches what most would miss. His complement of subcontractors makes a fine team. Dan won the Colorado Awards for Remodeling Excellence (CARE) for his work on our project. The best in Colorado! My wife and I highly recommend DPM Construction and will not consider using anyone else! Kirk & Linda Theige
