I told them since the beginning my problem were the weeds, Had to call at least twice to come and redo the service because I still had weeds. Last week they came to my house to do the aeration, they came when the grass was get and instead of improving my grass, they made marks that are still visible and there is no more grass there. The holes they made are not the regular aeration holes, some areas have lines, it looks awful. If that was not enough they left my fence door open and the dog got out and almost got lost (having a sign that says beware of dog in the mentioned fence). They also forgot to do the aeration in the back yard. I called and complained, they send someone with the following solution: we put some seeds" wow, really. Called again on Monday, its Wednesday and I am still waiting for some supervisor to call. NEVER EVER hire them, very unprofessional

I was very disappointed I prepaid for their service and some how they lost my payment. They did two treatments and the lawn started to look good but then they stopped the treatment instead of contacting me.

Dr. Green has been treating my yard for 3 years, and even through the hottest months, my yard always remains green. My front yard is Bermuda grass and the backyard is St. Augustine, both are treated, and kept looking healthy. The technician that services the yard goes out of his way to treat the backyard when I forget to unlock the gate. Overall, customer service and results are great.
